As the song Devil’s Got My Woman by Skip James plays on the radio, I feel nostalgia for the unknown. Places I haven’t been to, people I’ve never met, things I’ve never done. A punging nostalgia for the impossible future, and for the impossible past. Music is a strange vehicle.

(And blogs are strange things. This post was saved as a draft for months and suddenly I decided to publish it. The feeling is not longer here, but I still like the song)…
